• Built the healthcare resource-management frontend from its initial commit for roughly 200 care coordinators and 300-400 call agents using it weekly. Owned 87 releases, from discovery and PRDs through implementation, UAT, rollout, and production support.
• Architected the React 19, TypeScript, and Vite frontend with a Chakra UI design system of 58 component families and a 20-module typed API service layer; set shared routing, form, authentication, and state conventions.
• Reduced critical-workflow API requests from 40+ to approximately 10-12 through redesigned data fetching and client-side orchestration; eliminated over 90% of redundant custom-field requests through caching.
• Fixed authentication redirect loops and reduced recorded monthly Sentry error volume from 272K to approximately 75K through instrumentation changes, route-aware sampling, and deduplication.
• Shipped the first three LLM-backed features: daily-alert and office-note classification with agree/disagree feedback, a conversational assistant for market and practice questions, and call deflection. Isolated call deflection in a Chakra v3 micro-frontend connected to a second API gateway within the shared application shell.
• Built a real-time call widget for patient conversations with movable picture-in-picture across three view modes, inline chart alerts, follow-up reminders, and Athena and Cerner EHR integrations.
• Designed and owned table and card resource views, unified search, server-driven filter drawers, interfaces for four permission tiers, and timezone-aware office hours, closures, and absences.
• Designed product analytics across the browser, App Engine, Cloud Logging, BigQuery, and Grafana, using HMAC-pseudonymized IDs, fail-closed allowlisting, and route templating to measure usage ahead of a customer renewal.
• Established Vitest and Playwright tests, critical E2E gates on every PR, and eight GitHub Actions workflows automating versioned releases and QA, UAT, and production deploys to App Engine.
